As we all start to think about the New Year ahead, we also reflect on the year just gone by. The Queen reflected on prominent events from the past year during her Christmas broadcast – speaking of the sculpture of a man and a woman reaching out to embrace each other in the Coventry Cathedral. The sculptor was inspired by the story of a woman who crossed Europe on foot after the war to find her husband. It is simply called Reconciliation. Reconciliation is the peaceful end to conflict, and we were reminded of this in August when countries on both sides of the first world war came together to remember in peace. The ceramic poppies at the Tower of London drew millions – including me. For every poppy a life; and a reminder of the grief of loved ones left behind. On reflection this year, I am so happy I made the decision to continue to learn and educate myself to take my business forward with a more holistic healing approach and the understanding of the endocrine system and how the hormones play a big role in the body. I realised one thing – If you are not reconciled with yourself, in other words have peace within, and love yourself, you cannot move forward to heal yourself or get the results you want.  We all must have hope and respect and understand the importance of a balanced lifestyle in this fast paced life we all lead.   The toxicity and pollution in our lives today can lead to stress and anger and ill health.  We must get balance and reflect on whether we look after ourselves enough. I am going to do a 10 day cleanse starting on 5th January, which is not how it sounds and I will be eating my 3 healthy meals a day and my 2 healthy snacks.  I am very excited to have studied with Nature’s Sunshine and now understand the importance of supplementation to get the correct vitamins and minerals within the body as it is so easy to be suffering illness by simply not getting enough Vitamin D or Vitamin B etc. Then I will continue doing what I do, which is eat moderately 365 days of the year.

Not perfect. But 100% of the time, making moderate choices. Besides, what is “perfect” anyway? Most people think of “perfect” as close to a competition prep diet or a specific plan,  For me, the perfect plan is the one that I can do every single day, regardless of the time of day, day of the week or time of year.

With my knowledge in Fitness and Nutrition, I feel blessed that I can help people to learn mindset techniques and understand the importance of  the food we eat, together with exercise at the correct level, and a healthy balanced lifestyle and relaxation. In 2015 let us all be reconciled with ourselves and learn to forgive ourselves and stop blaming others or making excuses. Let us not fight this war with ourselves and the family because we are not happy with the way we feel or the way we look. Let us take control and LOVE and LIVE a truthful life with no more conflict. So to ALL of you who are reading this right now, I want to THANK YOU for being a part of it with me, for following me on twitterfacebook and reading by blogs. I am particularly looking forward to helping many clients get their hormones in balance and their bodies healthy from inside and out and helping them take 100% responsibility for everything. A “possibility mindset” is ultimately one of effort, one of positivity and one of deep satisfaction but we have to be open to it. By doing the opposite and trying to stay in our safe world of bad habits and bad lifestyle, we are taking the biggest risk of all, which is never trying for something more. I wish you love, happiness, health and success in all you want to achieve in 2014 and believe in yourself, manifest what you want to achieve and go and achieve it. “IF YOU FAIL TO PREPARE –  PREPARE TO FAIL” Sara xxxxx
