Easy Oat Pancakes
Why not try these pancakes for something different – the kids will love them and they are full of protein to keep you full.
Berries are rich in antioxidants and help detox your system, they are packed with Vitamin C which helps your body deal with stress and they are full of fibre which helps regulate blood sugar levels.
50g rolled oats
100g fat free cottage cheese
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Greek Yoghurt to serve
Blueberries to top
- Blend the ingredients in a food processer
- Add a little oil and heat, then pour a ladleful into the pan
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve with blueberries and a dessertspoon of Greek yoghurt
