Hi, my name is Sara,  I am based in Goff’s Oak, Hertfordshire and I provide Personal Training, Nutrition, Hormone Rebalancing,  Rehab, Meditation and Lifestyle Coaching, together with Reiki Healing.

Through the use of a private studio with modern cardio and strength equipment, you can achieve great results with the unique programmes I prescribe.
