About Me
Hi, my name is Sara,I am based in Goff’s Oak, Hertfordshire and I provide Personal Training, Nutrition and Lifestyle advice. Through the use of a private studio with modern cardio and strength equipment, you will be personally prescribed a fitness and nutrition program to suit your specific needs.
I have been in the fitness industry for 20 years, starting out teaching dance aerobics, step and body tone, pre and postnatal and 50 plus. I later studied Advanced Personal Training and Nutrition and Weight Management as I was keen to understand the importance of the healthy diet alongside fitness.
I am passionate about teaching lifestyle management of health and fitness and enjoy educating all types of people to support them in their well-being and improving their fitness.
